The current, Japanese government will only allow overseas athletes, not foreign visitors for the Olympic and Paralympics.

Please let me know if an Assistance Dog user, who is a graduate of  ADI accredited school and an athlete wants to come to Japan with their Hearing Dog or Mobility Service Dog.  The official address is  olmpic-paralympic@hearingdog.or.jp.
