Become an Academic Partner

 

ADI believes there are real benefits from partnering with academic and research entities, and accordingly we have developed opportunities for universities, research organizations, or similar educational programs to become Academic Partners with ADI. Partnerships can be at an international or regional level. 

To be eligible for an Academic Partner, your entity must:

  • Serve functions relating to the assistance dog industry, such as conducting research on or about assistance dogs, educating individuals in preparation for working with assistance dogs, educating individuals to provide medical care for assistance dogs, or similar research or educational programs
  • Provide services or functions which are beneficial to both ADI and its member organizations
  • Be registered as an educational or research organization or company

Key benefits for your organization or company: 

  • Positive association with the world's leading authority in the assistance dog industry - bringing immediate brand recognition and credibility to your organization or company
  • Attendance at the ADI International Conference at the same price as paid by ADI member organizations
  • Ability to sponsor or have a booth at the ADI International Conference
  • Access to ADI member organizations to promote research participation or educational programs 
  • Be recognized as an Academic Partner on the ADI website, enewsletter, and social media

In the spirit of partners, ADI requests our Academic Partners bring added value for our members, such as:

  • Reciprocal pricing for conferences, seminars, and/or webinars
  • Access to research relating to assistance dog industry
  • Be recognized as a partner on your organization's or company's website, newsletter, and/or social media as appropriate

Academic Partnerships range between $1,000 and $10,000 depending on the partnership.
