ADI Global Learning Academy Request for Proposal

Dear Prospective Partner,

Assistance Dogs International (ADI) is a global association of nonprofit organizations dedicated to training and placing assistance dogs that transform lives. Our mission is rooted in excellence, compassion, and a commitment to advancing the field of assistance dog training through collaboration, education, and innovation.

We are excited to introduce the ADI Global Academy—an ambitious new initiative designed to provide structured, accessible, and high-quality professional development for individuals working in, or aspiring to join, the assistance dog sector. The Academy will serve a diverse and global audience, offering learning pathways that support both foundational and advanced competencies in the field.

While the platform will initially support ADI member organizations, our vision is broader. We aim to create a scalable solution that can be adopted by universities, vocational programs, and workforce development initiatives worldwide. This platform will play a key role in professionalizing the industry and expanding access to meaningful career opportunities.

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), we are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking partner to help us bring this vision to life. We invite you to review the enclosed RFP and consider how your expertise and approach might align with our goals. We are particularly interested in partners who understand the unique needs of nonprofit organizations and who are excited to help shape a platform that will have global impact.

Thank you for your interest in partnering with ADI. We look forward to learning more about your capabilities and ideas.

Warm regards,

David Locklin
