American Airlines Puppies in Flight Program

Dear ADI Accredited Members and Candidate programs:

American Airlines is now accepting applications year round for the Puppies In Flight program.

This program allows American Airlines employee volunteers to become trained to work with assistance dogs and take them on transports and test flights (short turnaround trips).  US Airways, which is merging with American Airlines, is continuing its participation in Puppies In Flight.

Participating in the program

If your organization would like to participate in the program, please review the program guidelines provided below in their entirety before submitting an application.

If your organization has previously been accepted into the Puppies In Flight program and wish to continue your participation, we ask that you complete the application again to ensure we have your current contact information.

Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind is the ADI liaison program for Puppies In Flight.  Please submit your Puppies in Flight application via email to Barrie Madasu:
